  • FInal set of questions and responses received as of April 15, 2016

  • The following is in response to multiple communications received by DEDA that voiced concerns about the proposed timeline, some ambiguity regarding the process, and the requirement for estimates regarding potential economic impact of the project:

  • How detailed must proposals be?

  • Why is the RFP process under the timeframe it is?

  • Has DEDA conducted environmental testing on the site?

  • Section 11-5 indicates that “Any questions regarding the RFP-Part One must be submitted by email to the DEDA Office…no later than the date indicated on the Calendar of Events.” This date is not included in the Calendar of Events in 11-2. What is the date by which questions may be submitted?

  • Can you provide a master Development Agreement template?

  • Under Section 11-8, it is indicated that all materials submitted in response to the RFP will become public record after the evaluation process is completed and a Development Agreement is executed with the selected Developer. Please clarify – will only the selected Developer’s proposal become part of the public record, or will all submittals become public?

  • What, if any, incentives are available for the development of Lot D?
